The Dallas County Sheriff is responding to a demand from the Texas Attorney General. Attorney General Ken Paxton demanded this week that Dallas County seek a formal agreement with ICE. Sheriff Marion Brown says the county has until December 1st according to a new state law plus they are already doing what has been required.
