Mark Walters of Armed American Radio joins the show on Election Day for "2A Tuesday" to announce his new collaborative broadcast venture, The 2A War Room with Jared Yanis of Guns & Gadgets, premiering Thursday, November 12. Walters breaks down the national stakes for firearm owners and Second Amendment protections, analyzing how congressional majorities directly impact federal judicial confirmations, potential Supreme Court vacancies, and circuit court alignments. The discussion examines battleground races in Georgia and Pennsylvania, voter participation rates among licensed hunters and gun owners in states like Arizona, and the threat of citizen-initiated state constitutional amendments. In Missouri, the hosts and Walters specifically target Amendment 6, warning that an 80% legislative threshold to amend initiative petitions could permanently shield future gun control or ranked-choice voting measures from state legislative correction.
