Today we look at a case involving a dispute between neighbors where the judge refers to the matter as an “Autobahn hearing,” and we break down what that means in context. We also examine the common complaint that courts move too slowly by looking at a case that shows the opposite. Finally, we discuss a contempt of court case in which the judge found there was poor lawyering on all sides, and we go over the lessons to be learned along with the court’s power to hold parties in contempt.
