So nobody gets to have a beer at lunch while working ever?!

Jason was so stunned by the reaction earlier in the show, he had to bring the topic back for the 5pm audience - should having a beer at lunch be verboten for legislators? Are some jobs where it's obvious that drinking is a bad idea different than other jobs, or should we treat everything the same?
