Americans aren't feeling very good about the economy but that hasn't slowed spending. Even as the war with Iran has led to surging prices retail sales ROSE in March and to tell us more KCBS Radio News Anchor Steve Scott spoke with CBS News Business Analyst Jill Scheslinger.
