Philadelphia police have apprehended someone they say is connected with a shooting in Olney Tuesday afternoon that left a man in critical condition.
It was around 5:30 p.m. when officers responded to calls of a shooting on Roosevelt Boulevard, near F Street and Whitaker Avenue.
They found the 37-year-old victim shot in the chest and neck.
Video from SkyForce10 shows a car involved, dinged up on the side of the road.
