Two men were shot, one fatally, in separate shootings throughout the city.
It was just after 10 p.m. Saturday when police responded to a call of a shooting inside the park along North Second Street in Hunting Park.
Officers found a 45-year-old man with several gunshot wounds to his torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hours later, in South Philly, police say an 18-year-old man was shot in the thigh just after 2:30 a.m.
The teen told officers he was shot near Front Street and Packer Avenue, but later said he could not remember exactly where it happened.
No arrests have been made in any of the shootings.
