A man is dead and another injured following a road rage shooting in the city's Kingsessing neighborhood Saturday evening.
Officials tell our newsgathering partners at NBC10 that a double shooting happened along the 5200 block of Chester Avenue shortly before 5 p.m. after a person driving a Toyota SUV got into an argument with a group of e-bike riders.
According to police, the driver of the Toyota opened fire on the cyclists. The man who was killed was shot in the chest three times. He's described as someone between the ages of 17 and 21.
The 25-year-old man who was injured was shot in the arm, they said.
Police are still looking for the shooter and the car involved. Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact Philadelphia police.
