Amtrak and SEPTA reducing speeds amid heat wave

It's going to be brutally hot today. Real-feel temperatures in the city are expected to hit 105 degrees. SEPTA and Amtrak are adjusting their train schedules because of this. KYW Newsradio's Nigel Thompson reports live from 30th Street Station with the story.
