Loud music, trash, late-night parties. Could Villanova's new Cabrini campus make things worse for neighbors?

People in a Chester County neighborhood say they have dealt with disruptive, disrespectful students in off-campus rentals for years. And they worry that things could get a lot worse when Villanova University opens its new Cabrini campus this summer. Neighbors on Mount Pleasant Avenue in Tredyffrin Township say weekends often bring loud music, trash, traffic and late-night parties from homes rented to students.
