A man was shot while spray-painting his car outside his house in Kensington. It happened around midnight on East Monmouth Street, near Emerald Street.
“According to witnesses, while the victim was spray-painting his vehicle, the shooter walked up and, for some unknown reason, fired four shots,” said Chief Inspector Scott Small.
The shooter ran away. Police are reviewing private surveillance video to try to identify him.
