A teenager was shot Tuesday night in the city’s Wyoming section and several homes and cars were also damaged in the gunfire.
Philadelphia police say it happened just before 9:30 along North 17th Street, near Wingohocking — not far from Stenton Park.
The teen was standing out front when the shots were fired. He was struck in the arm and is expected to physically recover.
Investigators are now searching for the suspect, described as a Black male wearing a black jacket, and blue/green pants.
Three cars and two buildings along that block were also damaged.
Nearly a dozen shell casings were found at the scene.
