Police are investigating a crash Friday morning that killed a woman walking in the city's East Oak Lane neighborhood.
The woman was hit by a white Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van at North Fifth Street and Chelten Avenue, near the Oak Lane Reservoir, just before 7 a.m.
She was taken to a hospital, where she died from her injuries within an hour.
The driver of the van did stop. No word yet on whether he'll face any charges.
