Philadelphia parks rank 27th out of 100 largest cities — an improvement over last year

Philadelphia has moved up in the national ratings of city parks, in the annual report by the Trust for Public Land, released Wednesday. KYW Newsradio’s City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports the improvement is the result of one big new park.
