Philadelphia schools without air conditioning go virtual as temps reach 90s again

It's a virtual learning day for a lot of kids in the Philadelphia School District. Students at 57 schools are moving to remote learning because their schools don't have enough air conditioning. They were issued Chromebooks earlier this week. Also, all in-person after-school activities, including all athletic programs in all district schools, are canceled.
