Three polls in East Goshen and Easttown, Chester County will be open later than usual for voters on Election Day. The court ordered for the machines to be open until 8:30 p.m. because of an issue involving voting machines being set up Tuesday morning that delayed people from casting ballots. The three locations are Easttown Township Library in Berwyn, St. John's Presbyterian Church in Devon and Goshen Baptist Church in West Chester. (Photo: Getty Images)
