Delco is getting a new organic grocery store. A Sprouts Farmers Market is taking over a vacant storefront in Havertown, where an Amazon Fresh never materialized.
It's on West Chester Pike near Darby Road.
Amazon has rented the space for the last six years, but the company announced back in February that it was closing all of its Amazon Fresh locations. That allowed the landlord to terminate the lease.
The company that owns the building says Sprouts was "very aggressive" and eager to move into the neighborhood.
