One of the five Quakertown High School students arrested during an anti-ICE protest in February will go to trial. A judge has denied a motion to dismiss the charges.
The teen's attorney, Ed Angelo, says while felony charges have been dropped, his client is still facing charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing roadways.
Angelo says he believes no charges should have been brought against any of the teenagers involved. It will not be a jury trial, because it involves a juvenile defendant.
