A Delaware teen is dead after a shooting Friday night in front of a Dover restaurant.
Police say they found 18-year-old Foster Trader lying on the sidewalk outside the Cava Mediterranean restaurant on North DuPont Highway near College Road shortly before 10 p.m. He had been shot several times.
