St Louis Mayor Cara Spencer joins Chris & Amy in-studio. She highlights her CityStat platform which is keeping track of city projects and completed work; Rams settlement funding legislation which is set to be signed next week; distribution of ARPA funds; and the 'water infrastructure replacement plan,' utilizing some of the settlement funds to revamp the water supply system in St Louis. She talks about the 'adversarial relationship,' that has developed between her officer and the St Louis Metropolitan Police Department since the state takeover. 'We have to have a collaborative relationship in order to be successful as a city,' says Spencer.
