In the final hour, Matt Spiegel and Laurence Holmes were joined by Sean Highkin of the Rose Garden Report to share insight and background on new Bulls head coach Tiago Splitter, who most recently was the Blazers' interim head coach. Highkin explained why Splitter wasn't quickly promoted to the full-time head coaching role in Portland at season's end. Hint: It had nothing to do with his coaching acumen.
