Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk joined the show. The guys had to get Mike’s reaction to NBC making it official with Mike Tomlin, as he’s set to join the SNF coverage. Mike has long been annoyed by Aaron Rodgers, but it’s more embarrassing on the Steelers as he continues to dictate terms. Mike doesn’t really understand why Rodgers even wants to come back. How much better will the team be under Mike McCarthy than they were under Tomlin? Mike’s sources have told him that Rodgers doesn’t like that there is all this talk about him, allegedly. Mike doesn’t rule out Rodgers coming back midseason if a team needs a QB. Mike also pointed out that the Phil Rivers situation was very rare. Mike has no idea what’s going to happen in the NFL Draft and he’s not surprised by how many pundits are all over the place. Mike hates doing mock drafts and admitted to making someone else do it. What’s going to happen with the QBs in this class?
