Superstar Pride cam through to chop it up with V-103’s Greg Street all about his independently dropped, viral hit track “Painting Pictures,” plus a whole lot more.

While the song itself has been out since last October, Superstar Pride has only been pushing it for the last month. “I had the song in my bag for a little minute. It be one of the ones I knew would be a hit… so its just one of the ones I held back.” That said, Superstar added “it just got to the point where its like do or die… so I just got somebody who could make a beat close to what I had on the freestyle and took it from what I was freestyling and then laid the hard track.”
As for what's next, Superstar Pride revealed he’s working on his EP, which he plans to drop in “the middle of May,” and then “going into June and July imma come out with the album,” he added.
Offering up a bit of insight as what to expect or rather what not to — which would be features, as Superstar shared. “Dis me, I wanna see who messing with Superstar for Superstar, not just ‘Painting Pictures.’”
