After initially being postponed twice, first when the world shut down during the pandemic in 2020, then again when only certain international stops were prepared for the live music to return in 2021, In 2022, Gaga was finally able to take Chromatica on the road, and The Chromatica Ball finally occurred in all its glory, 2 years after the album dropped.

For those who still didn’t have a chance to catch the show, or if you simply want to relive the magic — HBO and Max are about to be your new best friends.

Premiering on HBO and Max on May 25 at 8PM ET, The HBO Original Concert Special GAGA CHROMATICA BALL captures Gaga’s September 2022 performance at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.

“I’ve always just said I was born this way,” Gaga is heard saying, referring to her 2011 seminal single “Born This Way.” Directed and produced by Mother Monster herself, Gaga took to social to share her excitement about the project’s release this week. “I’m so excited that we can finally share 'The Chromatica Ball' film with the world,” Gaga wrote on X alongside the trailer.

"This film chronicles a time of immense creativity… the fashion, the dance, the music. Revisiting the tour leaves me speechless the way we had each other — you all showed up for music and art in a big way, and with a level of excitement and freedom that I will never forget.”

In the concert film’s nearly minute-long teaser, Gaga is seen doing her Gaga thing while performing Chromatica‘s lead single, “Stupid Love.”
