Pete Davidson is no longer tickled ink.

The “Saturday Night Live” cast member reportedly confessed that he’s “in the process” of removing his iconic tattoos.

The scoop was shared by film critic Mike McGranaghan, who tweeted a screenshot from a virtual Q&A for “The King of Staten Island” where Davidson shared the update.

“Just attended a virtual Q&A with the Judd Apatow and the cast of THE KING OF STATEN ISLAND. And here's a scoop: Pete Davidson is in the process of getting all his tattoos removed!” McGranaghan captioned the screengrab.

The film critic went on to elaborate to fans, explaining that Davidson already began the process.

“He even showed his hand, which is already done. He said it takes 3-4 hours in the makeup chair to cover them, so he figured ‘it would be easier to get them burned off,’” McGranaghan told one Twitter user.

Fans on social media expressed remorse at the unexpected update.

“Losing sleep over Pete Davidson saying he’s getting his tattoos removed,” one user lamented.

Davidson has been open about the reason he has gotten so much ink before.

“It’s just a release,” he told Inked in 2019. "When [I’m] so manic and upset, sometimes that’s the only thing that will work for me.”
