
Congratulations are in order for Shonda Rhimes. “Bridgerton,” her Netflix debut, has become the streaming service’s most watched series of all time.
Season one has been seen by 82 million households within its first 28 days. That’s 19 million more than the four-week projection Netflix issued ten days after it launched as the fifth largest in history. Netflix defines a view as when someone tunes in for at least two minutes.
“Bridgerton” has now relegated the previous record-holder – “The Witcher – to second place by six million households.
