The Cleveland Cavaliers are excited to announce the 2022-23 Cavs Kids Club Jr. Reporters powered by FirstEnergy! Six new and enthusiastic reporters, ranging in age from eight to 12 years old will be given the opportunity to cover a variety of exclusive Cavs events including player and coach press conferences, community relations initiatives, youth sports programming and more!

The spirited young reporters are already off to a great start, having completed their first assignment during Cavs Media Day at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on September 26. The kids had the chance to sit down with Caris LeVert, Donovan Mitchell, Dylan Windler, Jarrett Allen, Kevin Love, Lamar Stevens and Robin Lopez to chat and ask some questions about the upcoming season. The interviews will air both in-venue on Humongotron, as well as on the @CavsUnited Instagram and Twitter throughout the season.

The Search for the Cavs Kids Club Jr. Reporters: Each youngster was asked to submit a 60-second video explaining why they want to be this season’s Cavs Kids Club Jr. Reporter. After reviewing the creative submissions, the top 10 semi-finalists were selected to audition at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and the finalists WOWED the judges with the positive energy, creativity and passion for Cavaliers basketball.
