Chef Brandon Chrostowski combats inflation and keeps families in mind with launch
of special three-course meals for four
Beginning November 10th, Chef Brandon Chrostowski of EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute is rolling out a new menu that allows groups of four to enjoy three-course dinners for $44. The meals will be available for dine in or carry out each Thursday at EDWINS Too and will feature guest favorites, from buttermilk chicken and mashed potatoes to Beef Bourguignon and Chef Chrostowski’s famous lasagna.
EDWINS first launched its 4 for $40 special in March 2020 as a way to ensure locals had access to hearty family meals for a reasonable price during the pandemic.
“The 4 for $40 was an anchor for families on the east side of Cleveland during COVID-19,” Chrostowski said. “With how the economy and inflation is right now, it’s not getting easier, it’s getting tougher. This is a fun and affordable way for everyone to get out and relax or eat in as the colder weather approaches."
The multi-course menu, with wine pairings for an additional charge, is as follows:
November 10th:
• Wedge Salad w/ Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
• Buttermilk Fried Chicken
• Mashed Potatoes
• Green Beans
• Biscuits with Honey Butter
• Baker’s Brownies
November 17th:
• Spinach salad with apples & walnuts & apple cider vinaigrette
• Beef Bourguignon with buttered egg noodles
• Roasted Brussels sprouts
• French baguette & whipped butter
• Crème Brûlée
November 23rd (Thanksgiving Eve):
• Caesar Salad
• Brandon’s Famous Lasagna
• Roasted Broccoli
• Garlic Bread
• Tiramisu
December 1st (Takeout Only):
• Mixed green salad with shaved cucumbers, cherry tomatoes & hazelnut vinaigrette
• Salmon & spinach in puff pastry with mushroom cream sauce

• Cranberry & walnut bread pudding
