The Biden administration is picking up where the Obama administration left off.
White house press secretary Jen Psaki spoke today on placing Harriet Tubman's image on the $20 bill. She said "The Treasury department is taking steps to resume efforts to put Harriet Tubman on the front of the new $20 notes."
Psaki continued, "we're exploring ways to speed up that effort."
Placing Harriet Tubman on the front of $20 notes was first introduced in the Obama administration, but was later shot down. From what Psaki said, we should be seeing Tubman on the twenty very soon.
