Hope Memorial Bridge in downtown Cleveland is closed through Friday, November 5th at 4 am. Traffic will be diverted to the Detroit Superior Bridge, CPD will assist in traffic flow management.
At certain points during the closure, pedestrians will be unable to cross the bridge.
