On Wednesday night, Mayor Justin Bibb delivered his State of the City address.
During the address, Bibb talked about the progress his administration has made during his first year in office.
He touched on a variety of topics from public safety to education. His speech also focused on modernizing city government, economic development and breaking the barrier to progress for the city and its people.
Bibb paid tribute to firefighter Johnny Tetrick, who was killed in a hit and run in November and he stated that they are getting closer to finding a new CEO for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
