Five vaccinated Ohioans will win one million dollars with the "Vax-A-Million" lottery. Any Ohioan who wants a chance at the million MUST enter the contest in one of the following ways starting May 18: Here is how to enter.

2. Call the Ohio Department of Health call center at 1-833-4-ASK-ODH (1-833-427-5634). The call center is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You only need to register once to be considered for all five drawings. The deadline to enter for the first drawing is Sunday, May 23.
