A life-size triceratops from Dino Safari wants to celebrate July 4th with a local Cleveland-area family. In town as part of the Dino Safari drive thru experience at the Shoppes at Parma through Sunday, July 11, this rex, white, and blue, patriotic triceratops will travel on a trailer to one lucky Cleveland-area family for an outdoor block party, backyard barbecue, family gathering, or parade on Sunday, July 4th. Families that are interested can submit their entry in the comment section of the 4th of July contest posts at @DinoSafariUSA on Facebook and Instagram and a winner will be drawn on Friday, July 2.
The July 4th Celebration with a Dinosaur Winner will also receive a complementary pass for up to seven guests to view Dino Safari before it becomes extinct on Sunday, July 11. Valid only for the Cleveland, OH appearance through Sunday, July 11, 2021. Submissions due by 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 1. No purchase required to enter or win. Winner will be announced on the Dino Safari Facebook page Friday, July 2, by 5 p.m. Winner agrees to allow a 24-foot trailer with a life-size Triceratops to be parked in the street in front of homeowner’s house on Sunday, July 4 from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

Dino Safari takes audience members – in their vehicle – to “Pangea National Park,” for an up-close-and-personal journey with the most fascinating prehistoric creatures from the mighty T. rex of North America to the giant amphibious Spinosaurus of Africa.
On the Dino Safari adventure, audience members will learn through an audio narrator how dinosaurs evolved, where they called home, and the discoveries paleontologists have made about how they ate, moved, and behaved. Beware: along the journey, earthquakes might erupt, dinosaurs could battle, and audience members may have to help save a baby dinosaur’s life! So, buckle up for the adventure of a lifetime in this socially-distanced experience, and the perfect family staycation activity.
Dino Safari was created in consultation with paleontologist Dr. Gregory Erickson and features fact-based, educational content in addition to an exciting storyline. Kids and families are guided through the fictional “Pangea National Park” by an audio tour (available in both English and Spanish) that plays through each car’s audio system, featuring fun and friendly characters. Each vehicle is given a “Survival Pack” containing your passport to Pangea with a scavenger hunt and other fun surprises for a more interactive experience.
