During the most recent episode of his New Heights podcast, which he hosts alongside brother and fellow NFL star, Jason Kelce, Travis addressed Swift being at the game on Sunday calling her “ballsy” for showing up.

“Shout out to Taylor for pulling up, that was pretty ballsy,” he said after Jason brought up the topic. “I just thought it was awesome how everyone in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her. The friends and family. She looked amazing, everybody was talking about her in a great light, and on top of that, the day went perfect for Chiefs fans, of course.” He laughed. “We script it all ladies and gentlemen. It was just impressive.”

Taylor’s appearance at the game came as rumors of her and Travis dating were at an all-time high following Travis’ expressed disappointment not being able to “shoot his shot” with her at her stadium show in July.

“I know that I brought all this attention to me, I'm the one that did the whole friendship bracelet thing and told everybody how butt hurt I was that I didn't get to meet Taylor,' he began. 'You miss 100% shots you don't take, baby.”

Clearly, Trav found another chance to connect with Taylor and now he’s getting a full taste of what it’s like to be at the center of the Swifties’ world as he gained more than 300K Instagram followers, paparazzi outside his house and a 400% increase in jersey sales.

“To see the slow motion chest bumps, to see the high fives with mom, to see how the Chiefs kingdom was all excited she was there, that s*** was absolutely hysterical,” he shared. “It was definitely a game I'll remember, that's for damn sure.”

While he fully admits to fueling rumors and being open about his admiration for Taylor, now that the pair have connected Travis is being careful to protect their privacy with whatever they have going on.

“What's real is that it is my personal life,” he said. “I want to respect both of our lives. She's not in the media as much as I am doing this show every single week and having fun during the NFL season on other guys' shows like the [Pat] McAfee show and any other show I go on from here on out.”

He continued, “Like you said on that Thursday night game, I'm enjoying life and I sure as hell enjoyed this weekend. So everything moving forward, I think me talking about sports and saying ‘alright now’ will have to be kind of where I keep it.”

While Travis seeks privacy, older brother, Jason, told Audacy’s WIP that the explosion of Travis personal life exactly what he thought was going to happen and he just hopes Swift was able to enjoy the game amidst the buzzing fans, players and broadcasters.

“My reaction was exactly, ‘this is exactly what I think is gonna happen’” he laughed. “She’s gonna go to the game, and the whole world’s gonna lose their God damn mind. That’s exactly what I thought was gonna happen… it was fun watching the whole world take it in, to be honest with you.”

He continued, “Hopefully, everything went smoothly for her. I saw videos of the brigade that the Chiefs had to put outside the suite that she was in – you just hope that somebody of her level and stature can enjoy the game. And it certainly, I mean, seemed like she was enjoying it from all accounts and everybody I talked to, so you’re kind of just hoping that, you know, she had a good time.”

Taylor’s public appearance is a sigh of relief for Jason as he now says “I can hopefully stop being asked questions about it.”

We wouldn’t bet on it, Jason. Hear his full interview with WIP above and be sure to check out the new episode of the Kelce brothers’ New Heights podcast for Travis’ full comments surrounding Taylor’s appearance at the game.
