This is Goose! He’s 2 years old and has been in Richmond SPCA's care since January.
He’s a goofy guy who loves going for walks and embarking on new adventures. He can be a little shy at first, but once he’s comfortable, he’ll show off his playful and affectionate personality.
Goose came to the SPCA with a growth on his front leg that was diagnosed as a rare type of soft tissue cancer. Thanks to the quick action of their veterinary team, he received two surgeries and a full course of chemotherapy. So far, Goose has responded incredibly well with no side effects and no signs of cancer spread.
He will need an adult-only home without other pets.
