Soleil Moon Frye, 44, is reflecting on growing up in the spotlight in her new documentary “Kid 90.”

To make the personal film, the “Punky Brewster” star culled together old videos, voice messages, letters and journal entries to reveal intimate details from her life, including her relationship with Charlie Sheen when she was a teenager.

In one clip, Frye reads a diary entry dated December 18, 1994, making her 18 at the time, where she described being with Sheen, reported People.

“It’s been the most strange and incredible day ever,” Frye reads from the journal and notes that Sheen was her “Mr. Big,” a reference to Carrie Bradshaw’s relationship in “Sex and the City.”

“He's somebody I've had a crush on for years. He's a person that intrigues me and excites me," the former child star said.

The timeline would indicate Sheen was 29 years old at the time of their romance, which, in the doc, Frye said was her "first consensual sexual experience."

The “Two and a Half Men” star has since responded by sharing nice words about Frye.

"She’s a good egg," the 55-year-old actor’s rep told Us Weekly. "I wish Soleil well in this resurgence of hers."

Following the release of the documentary, Frye elaborated further on the relationship.

"He was really kind to me, and I can only speak to my experience and my story with him," Frye said of Sheen to USA Today. "In opening the diaries and reading back the diary entries, it was very sweet and he had been really kind to me and treated me really beautifully. And for all these years afterwards, in some of the most pivotal moments in my life, has checked in and (lent) his support."

Frye starred on "Punky Brewster" for four seasons between 1984 and 1988. Last month, Peacock revived the series with Frye returning as the titular character, who is now a divorced mother of three.

In real life, Frye shares four children with husband Jason Goldberg.

“Kid 90” is streaming on Hulu now.
