Valentine's Day is upon us and if you don't have a significant other, it can feel pretty lonely with everyone celebrating their love and junk. So, if you want to beat the V-Day blues here's a list of things you can do to practice some self-love!

1. Sleep In! - Valentine's Day is on a Sunday this year so forget about your alarm clock and catch up on your beauty sleep.

2. Eat Your Favorite Foods - Do you love the ramen from restaurant but the gyoza from another? Get both! Splurge on two appetizers instead of one! Buy that slightly more expensive wine! This is YOUR night!

3. Take a long relaxing bath - If you have a tub, get a bath bomb and relax. Light some candles, listen to music or a podcast you've been wanting to check out.

4. Zoom With Your Single Friends - Share your day with other single friends! Plan a Zoom happy hour or use the Netflix Party Chrome extension to watch a socially distant movie together.

5. Reach Out to Someone - Call a family member or friend and use it as a chance to reconnect.

6. Send Virtual Valentine's to your friends - Valentine's Day isn't just about celebrating romantic love, you can celebrate the love you have for your friends as well! You can find tons of templates for these online.

7. Work On a Hobby - Take some time to work on a hobby you haven't had time for lately or research a new one you're interested in taking up!

8. Take an Online Class - You don't have to be in school to take online classes! Sites like Udemy and StackSkills have tons of fun classes you can take for pretty reasonable prices! They have all kinds of courses like American Sign Language, Mixology, and more serious subjects like Project Management.

9. Do Yoga/Meditate - I know is sounds super corny, but take some time for inner reflection that can be calming for you body AND your mind.

10. Unplug for the day - If seeing people posting about their romances makes you feel lonely, unplug from social media for the day! Log out of your apps and focus on other things. Try reading a book, going for a walk, or clean out your closet.
