“I wanted to share I’ve tested positive for Covid 19,” Sharon wrote in a tweet,

“After a brief hospitalization, I’m now recuperating at a location away from Ozzy (who has tested negative) while ‘The Talk’ is on scheduled hiatus. Everyone please stay safe and healthy.”

The show’s official Twitter account wished Osbourne a “speedy recovery” adding, “Mrs. O, we love you.”

It marks the second positive diagnosis in the Osbourne family as Jack Osbourne’s three-year-old daughter Minnie tested positive this past September.

Sharon revealed the news as she was set to make her in-studio return on The Talk. "I was meant to be in the studio. I was so looking forward to it, and then unfortunately one of my granddaughters has come down with COVID,” she said at the time.

Fortunately, Osbourne said Minnie was doing well and by all accounts has made a full recovery as Jack recently shared a photo of the family having Thanksgiving dinner together.
