MUSIC
- The ACM Award nominations came out. Maren Morris and Chris Stapleton lead the pack with 6 nominations each. You will notice that there are no women nominated for Entertainer of the year this year. Also missing is Carrie Underwood from the Female Artist of the Year. See the full list of nominations here.

- Travis Tritt will be releasing his first album of original songs in 10 years! The album, called "Set In Stone" , will be out on May 7th.


- Taylor Swift is back at the top of the country charts. Her re-recorded version of "Love Story," (Taylor's Version)," sit at the top of the "Billboard" Hot Country Songs chart this week. This is the second time "Love Story" has topped the Hot Country Songs chart. The original release went number one in November, 2008. The only other person to reach the top of the charts twice with the same song is Dolly Parton. Dolly's "I Will Always Love You," went number one in June, 1974, and then again with an updated version in October, 1982.

FOOD
- Are you a creamy or crunchy peanut butter person?? According to a new survey if you prefer crunchy peanut butter you are more extroverted, optimistic, and a night owl. Creamy people are morning people, introverts, and pessimists. (SWNS)

RANDOM
- If you have a child that is anxious or needs help calming down try the "high-five breathing" technique. Have your kid stretch their hand out like a star. Tell them to use their pointer finger from the other hand to trace up and down each finger of the star hand. As they trace up, breath in. As they trace down, breath out. Do all five fingers. This teaches them to control their breathing. It also distracts them from what is upsetting them. (PopSugar)
