Texans left tackle Laremy Tunsil has fired his agency, CAA, according to the Houston Chronicle's Aaron Wilson.
Tunsil is in the process of selecting new representation as he negotiates a new long term deal with the Texans.
As Wilson has reported, Tunsil is looking to become the highest paid tackle in football this offseason.
The Texans are also looking at a long term deal for quarterback Deshaun Watson.
The Texans fired Chris Olsen, who spent more than a decade negotiating the team's salary and managing the cap.
Head coach Bill O'Brien was recently elevated to general manager, along with Jack Easterby as assistant general manager.
Those are the primary contract negotiators and cap managers for the Texans.
CAA had represented Tunsil since 2016, when the Dolphins picked him in the first round.
Tunsil is entering the final year of his rookie deal.
