Texans' Deshaun Watson strikes a different tone than J.J. Watt

HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) -- Deshaun Watson didn't buy into calling the Texans' 0-4 start "brutal" or "depressing," or any of the other descriptors J.J. Watt used after losing to the Vikings on Sunday.

While Watt struck a tone of despair, saying something needed to change and what they're doing isn't working, Watson said "it is what it is."

"We're 0-4. We've just got to keep fighting and keep pushing forward. That's it. But for me, personally, I'm not going to let it take my joy. I'm going to continue to live life, continue to work my ass off, continue to come in here every day and play football. So, it is what it is."

Watson was 20-for-33 with 300 passing yards, two touchdown passes and a 110.7 quarterback rating in the Texans' 31-23 loss to the Vikings.

But the offense failed to score touchdowns in the first half, and didn't do enough on defense to rally against the Vikings in the second half.
