HOUSTON (SportsRadio 610) -- Deshaun Watson says he's ready to get back to work.
But first, the Texans' quarterback who just agreed to an extension to remain with the team through 2025, wanted to send thank yous and shout-outs.
Watson, who was already under contract for the next two seasons, agreed to a four-year extension worth up to $160 million with $111 million in guarantees.
Watson will average about $39 million in salary.
He released a statement on social media thanking his family, teammates and the Texans organization.
Watson also restated his goal of bringing a championship to the city of Houston, and also leaving a legacy of positively impacting the community.
