1. Have a Hot Cup Of Something
Whether your poison is hot chocolate, coffee, or tea, grab your sweater and cusp your hands together on a nice mug of something delicious. While doing this activity, it’s best to look out the window and stare at all the beautiful yet intimidating snow.
2. Eat Something Fun!
Like philosophy or good shoes, fun is subjective. Maybe fun food for you is pancakes, or maybe it’s ice cream. With all that snow, the best thing to do is indulge in something that brings a smile to your face.
3. Take A Long Shower/Bath
The bathroom is your personal sauna. It should be sanctuary for you to delve into. Why not use a few more minutes to sink into the tub or rinse in the shower? Maybe use a bath bomb or some bubbles? Maybe light a candle and put on some tunes to really enhance the experience.
4. Work On Some Cool Chores
What’s a cool chore? It’s a chore that’s better than a regular chore. Dishes? Let them soak. Laundry? You’ll manage without. But maybe you need to reorganize your closet or office? Maybe you wanna start looking through things you’ll donate? Maybe you want to reorganize your pantry? Put on some Netflix or Hulu in the background and get some work done!
5. Handle Some Correspondence
hIn today’s modern age, it’s easier than ever to contact with people in our live. Take some time to reach out to a friend or a family member. Send some texts, or if you’re a bit of a wildcard, use your phone to call someone! Your snow day might be blessed with some fun conversation and scandalous updates.
