I don't know about you, but I love hearing about the traditions of others. As everyone gets older, we struggle to keep traditions alive while forming new ones. Here are a few traditions from your favorite Star 102 personalities.

Jen Toohey:
Matching holiday PJ’s - a MUST
Soup for dinner on Christmas Eve
Hot Chocolate bar for dessert on Christmas Eve
Family and Friends come over for an early afternoon dinner Christmas Day
Christmas Cookies! (And there MUST be gingerbread with the hot cinnamon dots for buttons.

Tim Richards:
Our current Christmas traditions are pretty simple. Izzy is usually the first one up and ready to go. I’ll be downstairs lighting the tree, the rest of the interior Christmas lights and ask Alexa to play Star 102. Izzy wakes up her brothers (which they are thrilled about), and is so excited to see the gifts left by Santa.

We open gifts, make breakfast and then get ready to have the grandparents over for lunch.

The boys go back to bed lol

Jill Bucco:
Me and my family have had the same Christmas tradition for as long as I can remember. We are Italian so we celebrate on Christmas Eve with the Feast of The Seven Fishes. After Church, we celebrate, get dressed up and my mom and I cook for the whole family. We have everything from clams casino, to linguini with clams sauce, Chopino stew, crab cakes, scallops, shrimp cocktail and more. After dinner we open all of our presents on Christmas Eve.
Christmas morning we have breakfast at our house and watch our son open presents.
During the day my husband and I sit outside, drink champagne and make Bunuelos (He’s Colombian) and listen to Christmas music.

It’s lots of eating and celebrating and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Glenn Anderson:
We usually get together on Christmas Eve as a family. The day starts around noon, and we have appetizers and wear Christmas pajamas. Dinner is served around 5, and its either short ribs, seafood, or Sunday Gravy. Once we're done eating, we usually pack everyone up and check out the Christmas lights on Crown Point Parkway in Strongsville. They are fabulous if you haven't seen them. Once we're done, everyone comes back to our house, we open gifts and mull some wine!
