CLEVELAND, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – With the NFL Draft about to blow into town next week, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is getting in the game.

The Rock Hall unveiled a special exhibit that pays tribute to NFL Super Bowl halftime shows.

The exhibit, which is called ‘The Biggest Show on Turf: 55 Years of Halftime Shows,’ opened Friday and will remain until September.

“The Super Bowl is always the most watched television event of the year – and more fans watch the Halftime Show than the game – a massive cultural moment!” Greg Harris, President & CEO, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, said. “The modern halftime show has served as a massive platform for these amazing artists, including numerous Hall of Fame Inductees. Rock & roll and sports are intertwined, and we are excited to celebrate this shared moment and the legendary artists, creatives and crews who delivered these memorable performances.”

The exhibit will highlight some of the more memorable halftime shows over the years including multimedia, memorabilia, instruments and costumes worn by performers.
