Plans are in place to demolish the PearlBrook shopping center. It’s right on the border of Cleveland and Parma - at the corner of Brookpark and Pearl roads. A new Sheetz gas station would take it’s place on the northwest corner of that intersection. The site plan was approved Friday. The new Sheetz will have a drive thru lane and outdoor seating.
