Friday, Cleveland celebrates all things Irish with the St. Patrick's Day Parade kicking off at 1:04 downtown. The theme of this year’s parade is “A Salute to Irish American Athletes.” First responders, Irish organizations, marching bands, floats and more will be a part of the parade.
