The 45th Annual Lakewood Arts Festival is this Saturday from 10am-6pm on Detroit Ave. Local and national artists, along with vendors and live entertainment will be hosted on the closed thoroughfare between Arthur and Belle avenues. Over 165 artists and thirty booths will be included this year.
