The City of Willoughby canceled Fourth of July fireworks for the 2nd year because of scheduling conflicts and staffing issues with the fireworks companies they have contacted. Their traditional fireworks show is now happening Labor Day weekend instead. will instead take place on Sunday, Sept. 5, during Labor Day Weekend.
