Remember a while back when Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill rekindled their onscreen Jurassic Park magic, tweeting videos of duet jam sessions. The piano inspired songs prove music… uh, uh… finds a way.
“I Remember You #JeffGoldblum,” Neill captioned along with a video of the pair belting out lyrics from the 1962 Doris Day hit “I Remember You.” Goldblum, looking svelte in black themed attire, addressed the camera with shaded eyes saying, “This apropos to our reunion.” Jeff and Sam commence swaying to the piano rhythm, matching each other’s tone of memories past.
Neill book ended the quarantine concert with an Instagram video of the pair performing “A Fine Romance,” at the piano. “It’s a day off. So we’ve been singing a bunch of old songs. Jeff won’t practice, so it’s first go or nothing. @jeffgoldblum makes me laugh immoderately,” he captioned the post. “He is also a prodigy.”
Sam doesn’t exaggerate labeling Goldblum a musical prodigy. The actor is a world class pianist performing in the jazz ensemble, the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra. Goldblum and the group released a 2018 studio album, The Captiol Studios Sessions that hit No. 1 on the Billboard US Jazz Album Chart.
Well Jurassic fans can rejoice because LEGOs has announced the release of five brand new Jurassic Park sets to celebrate the movie's 30th anniversary! The sets include some of our favorite loveable characters and buildable poop. Perhaps a new LEGO movie series or video games will be in the works with this movie series.
